These terms apply to venostrade.com and to Venos Ads, our internal tool. They are set by Venos Trade Ltd (Венос Трейд ООД, "Venos Trade", "we", "us"), a digital marketing agency registered in Bulgaria, UIC 205137478. By using the website or Venos Ads, you accept them.

1. The website

This website describes our services and lets you contact us. It has no user accounts and sells nothing directly. What it says about advertising is general information, not a promise of results for your business. Please do not misuse the site: no spam through the contact form, no attempts to break into or overload it.

2. Venos Ads

Venos Ads is software we wrote and run to manage Google Ads accounts and read Google Analytics reports. It is for our own staff only. It has no public sign-up and no log-in for clients, and it is not sold, licensed or offered to anyone else. We use it only with accounts we are authorised to manage. Our Privacy Policy explains how it handles Google user data, and our use of Google's services through it is also subject to Google's own terms.

3. Client services

Using this website does not make you our client. Our work for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms if the two differ.

4. Our content and other companies' names

The text and design of this website belong to us. You may read it, and share links to it, but please do not copy it for commercial use without our permission. Google Ads and Google Analytics are trademarks of Google LLC. Venos Ads is not made or endorsed by Google. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for what those sites contain.

5. Limits of our responsibility

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or any consumer right that cannot be limited by law.

6. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and disputes go to the competent courts in Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the mandatory rights your own country's law gives you.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
